Course Description

What’s a Challenge?

These challenges are all about making small but mighty steps to wellness through some simple changes in your daily behaviors. You will learn how to set goals that help you succeed and strategies to get over barriers in your way. You will have some key benchmarks each week (Sunday, Wednesday, & Saturday) to meet to make sure you are keeping up with the challenge tasks. We will measure progress along the way.

Each challenge may be taken as a 1-week free trial or one 4-week section at a time (for those who like ease in to see if they like it) or as an 8-week or 12-week bundle to save some money up front. So the 8-week challenge is just Weeks 5-8 & the 12-week challenge is just Weeks 9-12. For example, if you purchase the 12-week bundle, you will progress from the 4-week to the 8-week to the 12-week challenge to which you will have access.

What’s the Meet & Beat Metabolic Syndrome Challenge?

Do you suffer from high blood pressure, high blood sugar levels, excess body fat around the waist or abnormal cholesterol levels? If so, you could potentially develop heart disease, stroke and diabetes. By taking steps to reduce these potentially dangerous health risks you will increase your longevity and overall happiness for years to come.

By taking this challenge you will be able to learn a variety of ways to eat healthier, move more and incorporate other daily habits into your day that protect you from chronic disease. If you sustain these behaviors consistently over time, you could see improvements in blood pressure and weight as well as blood labs.
